Hello! I'm Xiu Ming.

I believe in supporting and addressing business needs in order to build lasting solutions for users.

With 5 years of working experience in designing brand solutions for FMCG companies, I developed a keen sense for anticipating stakeholders' needs & proposing practical, creative & impactful solutions to address marketing goals, while bringing benefits to shoppers. I enjoy proposing design solutions that create an impact and I believe that I can make a difference by designing products for people. I am actively seeking a role in UX / Product Design.

I help FMCG brands (beauty & self care) and their retailers develop & design a marketing mix (online to offline retail touchpoints) which positively affects consumption.



I pursue a new interest every year.

What stuck was my love for culinary arts. It starts with a memory of a flavour or a visual trigger. I'd gather ingredients that intrigue me and get my hands dirty, in the kitchen, or in the edible garden. My favourite books are The Flavour Thesaurus and The Long & the Short of Pasta (a gift from my dearest design mentor). I hope that my passion draws family and friends closer, like the incredibly powerful vibes of the Izakaya Toyo in Osaka.

In 2023, I'm learning basic Japanese & pursuing my yoga goals.
